We are looking for a chief revenue officer who supports us in maintaining and creating revenue streams to further foster the development of the TYPO3 project.

As chief revenue officer, you will…
  • define markets and market segments for our existing products and services together with our management team
  • identify new market opportunities and convert them into a repeatable, reliable revenue stream
  • manage and coordinate all company activities that generate revenue
  • supervise existing sales channels and partnerships as well as add new ones
  • develop and improve the company’s client proposals
  • define sales management pipeline processes
  • participate in strategic and business unit planning and prospecting
  • develop comprehensive revenue projections
  • guide in contract negotiations
  • develop a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy
  • train individuals and teams in sales, marketing, and account management
  • Report revenue growth and business development progress to the CEO
As chief revenue officer, you are…
  • able to execute and implement change with a passion for the company’s mission
  • a motivator and critical thinker, strategic and highly analytical
  • easily moving others to action by planning, motivating, organizing, and controlling work being done
  • goal-oriented
  • able to channel different points of view and able to establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly
  • mature and confident and able to operate independently
  • professional, with unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character
  • Business or technical degree
  • 3+ years of experience as a Head of Sales or Chief Revenue Officer
  • Proven ability to drive and build up a sales & marketing team
  • Fluent in German & English, every other language a plus
  • thorough understanding of the CMS market
  • good understanding of OpenSource projects
  • knowledge of the TYPO3 ecosystem is a big plus
