Your contribution:

• Leads and directs the preventative and correction maintenance activities of all machines and equipment in the plant.

• Organize external maintenance when needed.

• Manage spare parts.

• Maintain and optimize tool shop.

Your key responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise and optimize of production line maintenance (internal/external)

• Improve dynamic maintenance intervals.

• Manage maintenance team (holidays, sickness, training etc.)

• Analyses problems with parts, materials, processes, and machines.

• Focus on maintenance KPIs.

• Drive the change a maintenance culture from reactive to proactive.

• Ensure lessons learned and look across culture.

• Create preventive programs and make certain, that safety and regulations are observed.

• Optimize preventive maintenance service.

• Repair devices and machines.

• Plan, work out methods and implement optimization of workplaces and processes.

• Manage spare parts regarding availability and timely order.

• Maintain maintenance lists, manuals of machines and devices are available and up to date.

• Install, optimize, and implement devices and machines.

• Manage the security system of PLC safety concept.

• Instruct colleagues in the department in operating and servicing all devices/systems and machines.

Profil

Your education and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• Min. 5 years of work experience in Maintenance

• Special knowledge: electrical engineering, robots, mechanical engineering, SPS controlling.

• Fluent in German and English language

• Fluency in English and German language – both written and spoken.
